1. Technical customer support on the implementation of new Mankiewicz products
2. Presentation of product advantages to the customers
3. Instruction of customers\' painters / application engineers; imparting of specific application-technological knowledge
4. Supporting customers with the conception of their application facilities
5. Gathering of information on, analysis of and dealing with application problems and customer complaints
6. Observation and reporting of competitors\' activities
7. Documentation of all internal and external processes (ATA reports, sample orders, FMEA, etc.)
8. Processing of sample orders
9. Application parameter testing of new product developments and optimisation in cooperation with the laboratory
10. Maintaining contact with market-leading and innovative application facility manufacturers
11. Application technical support and information of external and internal customers regarding all systems available on the market
12. Development of application recommendations for customers (internal and external)
13. Imparting of knowledge on pre-treatment methods to customers (internal and external)
14. Development and definition of application windows
15. Preparation and follow-up of project-related customer visits
16. Participation at project meetings
