制造经理/Manufacturing Manager新宇奖金：￥100元

"岗位职责：
1.Management and ensure production of components meeting requirements;

2.Responsible for the operational expenditure and accountable for P&L of operation;

3.Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement to become lean organization;

4.Ensure compliance of quality standards-ISO/TS16949;

5.Plan and allocate resources to support business growth;

6.People management-hiring, training, development and coaching;

7.Derive strategic plan and operational budget;

8.Deployment of assets and ensuring proper maintenance;

9.Insource more business to optimize utilization of manufacturing capacities.


职位责任：
1.Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering

2.6 years experience in management of high volume manufacturing operations;

3.Good working experience in plastic injection, metal stamping, tooling preferably in precision components;

4.Familiar with lean manufacturing and good knowledge of process improvement tools like Gemba Kaizen, 6 Sigma, SPC etc;

5.Good communication skill in both English & Chinese;

6.Good planning skills in production material, capacity and resources;

7. Experience in management of the transition project from oversea."
