1. Assists OEM Account Managers in Neponset with various project specifications and determines appropriate Martinproduct application. Specifies equipment that fits and meets the customers\' expectations for performance in China.
2. Provides leadership and managements of OEM sales including sales training, performance manager, promotions, disciplinary actions, and salary and compensation decision.
3. Develops and maintains electric vibrator product line purchase forecast with supplier.
4. Establishes individual and team goals, which are aligned with the Company\'s business strategies and objectives.
5. Sets pricing levels within accounts based on market competitive influences. Consults with OEM Account Manage
on an as needed basis.
6. Performs field service visits as requited to assist customers in troubleshooting equipment problems.
7. Organizes and tracks sales activities using SalesLogix.
8. Attends and actively participates in sales meetings and technical seminars as required.
9. Performs the marketing function of Vibration Product Manager.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
